Full Moon Resort
Our entire wedding event, from welcome dinner to farewell breakfast, will take place at Full Moon Resort, a beautiful remote destination in New York’s Catskill Mountains. All guests are welcome and strongly encouraged to stay on site with us at Full Moon!
The Guest Package
We have designed a wedding guest package which includes accommodations for Friday and Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
The Rooms
Lodging at Full Moon Resort consists of various houses and cabins. Accommodation styles vary from rooms with shared-hall bathrooms, rooms with private bathrooms, shared cottages, and private cabins. You can find more information and imagery for accommodations here.
From Canton, CT
Take US-44 W to Irondale Rd in North East. Take NY-28 W (toward Pine Hill) and travel approximately 30 miles to Big Indian/Oliverea. Turn left onto County Route 47 (just after a brown sign on Route 28 which says “Oliverea 3 miles”). Proceed 5 miles on Route 47. Full Moon is on the right. Pull down the Full Moon driveway, parking areas should be clearly designated.
From Long Island
Take Northern State Pkwy to New York State Thruway I-87 N. Take exit 19 to NY-28 W (toward Pine Hill). Travel approximately 30 miles on Route 28 West to Big Indian/Oliverea. Turn left onto County Route 47 (just after a brown sign on Route 28 which says “Oliverea 3 miles”). Proceed 5 miles on Route 47. Full Moon is on the right. Pull down the Full Moon driveway, parking areas should be clearly designated.

Cell reception is unreliable and Uber/Lyft are not available at Full Moon Resort. If you plan to book a ride, it must be arranged in advance with a local car service:

Vitamin M Music is a dynamic NYC event band known for its organic, live music vibe. The band's members are seasoned professionals who have worked with legendary artists like Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Sting, Dispatch, and Christina Aguilera. Founded by Grammy Nominee JJ Appleton, Vitamin M offers a blend of exhilaration and emotional connection through their performances, catering to the audience with a repertoire that includes both high-energy and tender moments.
Reelin’ in the Years celebrates the timeless music of Steely Dan. Comprised of world class touring and recording session musicians that reads like a who’s who in the music industry, including bandleader and drummer Jerry Marotta. Based in Woodstock, NY, Reelin’ have sold out all of the major venues they’ve performed in for the last few years.
Dunlap & Mabe is a bluegrass band from VA. Jack Dunlap & Robert Mabe, touring since 2019, have performed and recorded with renowned artists across various prestigious stages, including The Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall. Masters in their craft, their music is a vibrant blend of original compositions, classic bluegrass, jazz, and recognizable covers. Rooted in bluegrass, they uniquely expand their sound to appeal broadly, ensuring an engaging experience for all audiences. Their collaborations and performances reflect a diverse and rich musical journey.
All Killer No Filler is a Live Karaoke band from NYC performing your favorite pop punk and party rock hits from the Myspace era with just enough 80’s and 90’s jams thrown in for good measure. All Killer No Filler really delivers on their name. You won’t find any ballads in this set, just straight bangers.
The SWANFEST StageCoach will be provided by the Ramblin' Rose - a 1940's era RV converted into a mobile stage. The SWANFEST StageCoach will be located in the Lower Field at Full Moon Resort.
